Nigel Litchfield, Chairman
Mr.
Litchfield was a Nokia Mobile Phones board member from 1992 to 2002. As
SVP Product Marketing from 1992 to 1996 he was responsible for determining
Nokia’s product roadmap globally and for establishing many of the processes
that helped Nokia to establish itself as the leading consumer orientated
mobile phone brand. As SVP Nokia Mobile Phones APAC region from 1996 to
2002, he established Nokia as the leading mobile phone brand in APAC. As
President of Vertu from 2002 to 2004, Mr. Litchfield was responsible for
the successful launch of Nokia’s wholly owned luxury mobile phone subsidiary.
In addition to his role at Liquavista, he holds other board positions in
start up companies either in a non executive or investor role.
Simon Cornwell – Amadeus Capital
Simon is a partner at Amadeus, where he specialises in the communications
and media sectors. Since joining in 2001, Simon has worked on a number
of investments for the firm and sits as a non-executive director on the
board of several portfolio companies. These include three Stockholm-based
companies, PacketFront, a market leader in European fibre-to-home networks;
Transmode Holdings, which makes data transmission equipment; and Edgeware,
which makes high-bandwidth solid-state servers for the IPTV and other markets.
Simon also sits on the board of Intune Networks, a Dublin-based company
developing next-generation equipment for telecommunications networks, and
Velocix, a Cambridge-based company building a next generation peer-assisted
network for delivering video and other large files over the internet. Simon
also manages Amadeus' investment in Xelerated, a networking semiconductor
company based in Stockholm.
Simon holds an MA in Public Policy Management from the Yale School of
Management, and a BA and MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University.
He is fluent in Thai and speaks French and German competently.

Elderd Land - GIMV
Elderd
Land is Executive Investment Manager within GIMV. Elderd brings to GIMV
deal making and transaction as well as commercial skills. Currently, he
is responsible for business development of GIMV in the Netherlands. He
holds board positions in CTS, Mediornet, Psytechnics, 3mensio and Xanadu.
Prior to joining GIMV in 2000, Elderd worked at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance
in charge of the telecom and internet sector teams in Amsterdam. Prior
to that, he worked for KPN Telecom in International Business Development
and for a construction company. Elderd holds a Master in Business Administration
(including a year of research at FGV/EAESP in Sao Paulo).

Jelto Kromwijk Smits
Jelto
Kromwijk Smits has been a General Partner at Prime Technology since 2009.
He joined PTV from Philips where he held various senior management positions.
His last position before joining PTV was that of CEO of the Philips Technology
Incubator, which he established in 2002 at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven,
The Netherlands. The incubator was set up to further institutionalize Philips’
efforts in creating high-potential technology ventures with which Philips
has been so successful in the past, e.g. ASML, JDS Uniphase and Navteq
which grew to multi-billion dollar companies. During his leadership a large
number of companies were started and spun out, of which three are now part
of PTV’s portfolio: Silicon Hive, Civolution, amBX.
Jelto obtained a PhD in Physics from the University of Groningen, The
Netherlands, complemented by executive business education at IMD, MCE and
Harvard.
Jelto leads the investments in Silicon Hive and Liquavista.
