Early Technology Access Program
Liquavista’s remarkable new display technology is based upon the principles of electrowetting. The display principles and BOM are simple,
and the manufacturing process deliberately developed to be a close facsimile of LCD. Indeed, more than 95% of the manufacturing process is
common to contemporary LCD manufacturing. This means that barriers to manufacturing are kept low, whilst Time-To-Market is fast.
In order to accelerate the adoption of Liquavista’s technology across the entire supply chain Liquavista has defined ETAP to provide
the necessary insight and support to partners wishing to participate in the industrialisation. From material suppliers, through equipment
developers, display manufacturers to product OEMs, Liquavista is able to customise this early access scheme to meet the immediate needs of
each partner.
ETAP is not intended to be an open program for all, but a dedicated service provided to key strategic partner organisations. An example of
